Her approach centres on active listening, transformational coaching, facilitation, and mentoring. She guides leaders through their journeys and equips them with effective strategies to navigate challenges, foster team cohesion, manage conflict, and embrace change.

Mariana holds Hogan assessment certifications (HPI, HDS, and MVPI), is an organisational coach certified by the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and has completed life coaching training with Robbins Madanes. Additionally, she earned a master's degree in business management. She is fluent in English and Spanish. In 2022, she won three consecutive public speaking and leadership contests with Toastmasters International in Canberra and regionally with her inspirational speech, "From Perfect to Imperfect."

Beyond her professional achievements, Mariana volunteers for Vinnies Night Patrol, supporting community members in need, and serves as Director of Diplomacy for the Australia Latam Emerging Leaders Dialogue.
