When we work with individuals and teams, we recommend using the Herrmann Brain Dominance Index (HBDI) tool. HBDI© gives you a powerful and cost-effective way to understand your natural thinking preferences and behaviours in routine settings and crucially when you come under stress.
HBDI© is not a personality trait tool or a test, instead it provides deep insight into how you think and operate, how you can modify your thinking preferences situationally, and how a team of different thinkers can work effectively together.
