Pamela Stone

Pamela is a qualified HR professional, she holds a Bachelor of Social Science (HR), a Diploma of Leadership Coaching, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, and a Practitioner Certificate in Mediation.Pamela is CAHRI member of the Australian Human Resource Institute, a member of the International Coaching Federation and Australian Institute of Professional Coaches. 

Pamela has experience delivering results for her clients across both the public and private sectors by helping them to optimise their organisations most valuable asset – their people. Pamela has helped her clients address complex people issues including conflict, communication, performance and misconduct issues in the workplace by tailoring and implementing the most effect, practical and cost-effective solution.

Most recently, Pamela has:

  • worked with Department of Employment and Workplace Relations to identify systemic cultural issues that were impacting on the workplace and to provide advice on the most appropriate action to take when suspected misconduct was identified

  • worked with a regionally based executive team in the Australian Electoral Commission to develop and deliver a group coaching program to improve leadership capabilities in the team

  • provided one on one leadership coaching to senior executives in multiple public sector organisations

  • provided multiple investigative and review services to address employee complaints and suspected misconduct at Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Bureau of Meteorology and the Department of Education and Workplace Relations.
