Renate Croker

Renate is an authentic leader, who believes that successful leaders motivate others to achieve extraordinary things. 

With four decades in the Australian Public Service, Renate has extensive experience in corporate and program delivery and has worked most recently in Home Affairs, but also Department of Health, Joint House Department, and several areas of Defence. She has proven senior executive leadership skills and has built many successful teams, challenged complacency and guided people to think beyond the norm. She has worked in many complex and challenging environments in Australia and overseas, supporting teams to achieve to the best of their ability and beyond. 

As a mentor and ICT advisor, Renate encourages people to think outside the box and be bold in adopting new skills and thinking, with the aim of developing into well-rounded critical thinking leaders of tomorrow.
